Nausea in Pregnancy

I haven’t been through extreme morning sickness, nausea in my pregnancy but mild one happened with me as well. After all, I was pregnant. I tried some hacks for nausea and all that early months symptoms and it worked… U can try as well.

  1. Having mint tablets worked whenever I felt puking.
  2. Anardana goli after meals also worked miraculously.
  3. I tried taking small and frequent meals as much as possible throughout my pregnancy.
  4. Then having banana in empty stomach not only kept my nausea at bay but also improved my haemoglobin.
  5. Buttermilk is another good and easy option.
  6. Lastly, eat light, fresh and healthy and most importantly take at least one hour nap in afternoon.
